SHIPPING POLICY
Postage within the UK is calculated by weight and will be applied at checkout. Currently limited to Large Letter or Small Parcel, either 1st or 2nd class. This is usually fairly accurate but if there is a clear over charge I will adjust or partially refund. As far as possible I shall use re-cycled, up-cycled and or re-cyclable packaging.
Currently only able to offer shipping within the UK - not because I won't ship further afield but am not set up (yet) for local taxes and IOSS. Please get in touch or check Etsy if you are based outside the UK as most items are available on there.

RETURN POLICY
All items are sent in good faith and I wish you to be pleased with them, however, if you are less than satisfied, please contact within 30 days of delivery to arrange either a return for refund (if in original, i.e. re-saleable quality) or exchange. Unless the item is faulty or I have made an error, return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
Please note that personalised items cannot be accepted for return as they are not in original condition.
