Can I cancel my order?:  

As long as it has not been dispatched, of course you can, all of us change our minds sometimes.  If it is a bit late and its in the post, please let me know - then when it arrives mark as 'not known at this address', circle the return address in red or black and put back in the post, IF we have agreed to cancel, when it is returned in original / fit for resale condition I will issue a refund, however that will not include postage cost.   

Custom and personalised orders :  

Where there are differing shades shown in the listing images and you have a preference? Please write in the Note to Seller box when ordering and I will send as close a match as I have in stock.  Entirely different colours MAY be available but they would be more expensive and/or might take longer so would have to be custom ordered.  Any customised items (including name/initials added) are exempt from returns.

Sizing details:

As far as possible I have tried to include the sizes(+/- 5% due to use of natural materials) in the listing images and/or description. Please do contact me direct if there is dimension you wish to check that is not shown.

Gift wrapping and packaging:  

I do not offer gift wrapping as an option - not since a customer in the US paid for gift wrapping then complained that she opened it to check, then couldn't re-seal it! All my small items will be wrapped in brown (recycled) Kraft paper and held closed with a coloured wax seal - please say if you would prefer them unwrapped or ask if its not clear.

Wholesale availability:  

Many of my items are available wholesale and/or with custom designs/colours. However, none have a huge 'mark up' so I cannot offer a considerable % saving on quantity orders.
